NEW SERVICE APPLICATION
To become a new customer of NBOWD, please click the link below to download your application. Please return with your deposit payment and mail to our PO Box address unless other arrangements have been made.
WATER ACCOUNT DEPOSITS
Water deposits are $100 per customer. Customers may request the $100 water deposit to be refunded after one year of on-time payments. (Please contact the office for this request.)
IMPORTANT UPDATE
Starting July 1st, 2025, new water rates will be implemented. We contracted a professional service to conduct a fee schedule analysis and are implementing their recommendations. This new schedule reflects adjustments for operational expenses, necessary infrastructure upgrades, and the elimination of the elevation charge.
LEAK ADJUSTMENT REQUEST FORM
The Nesika Beach/Ophir Water District allows for a Leak Adjustment Credit because of loss of water through a leak in the customer’s water line or fixtures. Credits are based upon your average usage for the same period in previous years. This average is deducted from the total consumption used during the time of the leak.
